By contracting any of our tourist services, the client declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These form part of the service contract between the client and Russell Experience. - RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. To confirm a reservation, the client must provide his/her personal information (full name, nationality, ID number, e-mail and telephone number). A down payment is required: 50% for domestic tourists and 40% for foreign tourists. The final payment can be made in cash or by credit card (a 5% surcharge applies to credit card payments).

- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations must be made in writing (via e-mail or official message) and will be subject to penalties according to the time of anticipation:
- More than 30 days before the start of the tour: 70% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 15 and 29 days before: 50% reimbursement.
- Less than 14 days: no refund.
- More than 30 days before the start of the tour: 70% refund of the amount paid.
- In case of non-refundable tickets (such as train, Machupicchu, Huaynapicchu, flights, etc.), the client assumes the total cost.

- If the customer does not show up (“no show”), there will be no refund.
- MODIFICATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
- Any modification is subject to availability and may generate additional costs.

- CLAIMS AND SOLUTIONS
- Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours after the service has been rendered.

RESERVATIONS – WHAT DATA DO WE NEED?
To confirm your reservation securely, please send us the following information:

CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
