Russell Experience – Travel Agency<\/b><\/p>

  3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/b>
    <\/b>By contracting any of our tourist services, the client declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These form part of the service contract between the client and Russell Experience. <\/span><\/li>
  4. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. To confirm a reservation, the client must provide his\/her personal information (full name, nationality, ID number, e-mail and telephone number). A down payment is required: 50% for domestic tourists and 40% for foreign tourists. The final payment can be made in cash or by credit card (a 5% surcharge applies to credit card payments). <\/span><\/p>

      • All reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed only with the payment of the agreed amount.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Payment can be made by bank deposit, wire transfer, check or authorized digital means.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
        • The balance must be paid one day before the start of the tour, within the established deadlines, according to the service contracted.<\/span>
          <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
          1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
              • Cancellations must be made in writing (via e-mail or official message) and will be subject to penalties according to the time of anticipation:<\/span>
                <\/span>
                • More than 30 days before the start of the tour: 70% refund of the amount paid.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Between 15 and 29 days before: 50% reimbursement.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Less than 14 days: no refund.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                • In case of non-refundable tickets (such as train, Machupicchu, Huaynapicchu, flights, etc.), the client assumes the total cost.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                  • If the customer does not show up (“no show”), there will be no refund.<\/span>
                    <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                    1. MODIFICATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                      • Any modification is subject to availability and may generate additional costs.<\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li>
                      • Modifications must be requested at least 7 days in advance.<\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        1. CHANGES DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                            • Russell Experience reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel services due to causes beyond its control (extreme weather, strikes, closure of archaeological sites, natural disasters, etc.).<\/span>
                              <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                              • In these cases, an equivalent alternative will be sought. Full reimbursement does not apply. <\/span>
                                <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                1. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                    • The client is responsible for having his\/her documentation in order (ID card, passport, foreigner’s card, etc.).<\/span>

                                      <\/span><\/li>
                                    • You must inform the agency of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions or other relevant personal considerations.<\/span>
                                      <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                      • You must respect the schedules indicated by the guide or agency staff.<\/span>
                                        <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                        1. AGENCY LIABILITY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                            • Russell Experience acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (transportation, hotels, guides, etc.).<\/span>
                                              <\/span><\/li>
                                            • It is not responsible for losses, accidents, damages or delays caused by third parties or force majeure.<\/span>
                                              <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                              • We are committed to provide a safe, professional and as offered service, with justified exceptions.<\/span>
                                                <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                                1. USE OF IMAGES AND AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                  • The client accepts that photographs or videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the start of the tour.<\/span>
                                                    <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                                    1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                      • Russell Experience guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by the client, in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Law on Protection of Personal Data in Peru).<\/span>
                                                        <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                                        1. CLAIMS AND SOLUTIONS<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                            • Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours after the service has been rendered.<\/span>
                                                              <\/span><\/li>
                                                            • We have a physical and virtual Complaints Book available to our clients.<\/span>
                                                              <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                                              • Russell Experience commits to respond within 15 business days.<\/span>
                                                                <\/b><\/li><\/ul>
                                                                1. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                                                                  • These Terms are governed by Peruvian law.<\/span>
                                                                    <\/span><\/li>
                                                                  • For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Cusco.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                    We do not share your information except with suppliers necessary to operate the tour or as required by law.<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    RESERVATIONS – WHAT DATA DO WE NEED?<\/b><\/p>

                                                                    To confirm your reservation securely, please send us the following information:<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    • Full names and surnames<\/span><\/li>
                                                                    • Identity card or passport<\/span><\/li>
                                                                    • Name of hotel chosen<\/span><\/li>
                                                                    • Flight Itinerary (to schedule transfers)<\/span><\/li>
                                                                    • Arrival Dates (<\/span>Check-In<\/span><\/i>) and departure (<\/span>Check-Out<\/span><\/i>)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                      CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICIES<\/b><\/p>

                                                                      • If the confirmed reservation is cancelled, the refund will be subject to the hotel’s conditions and government regulations. <\/span>hotel conditions and government regulations.<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
